COVID-19 UPDATE FOR ALL OUR PATIENTS

With great sadness, we are writing to you to inform you about our latest message regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic.It is with great thought, regret and anguish that we have had to close for all routine care for our patients.During these unprecedented times, we have taken extra precautions to protect our community, staff and our NHS hospital services. This in combination with the latest Public Health England and the Cheif Dental Officer means we have now moved to a temporary strict triaging service for acute emergency patients only. If you have any routine appointments with us they have been postponed and our team have been tirelessly contacting you with a new appointment date where possible.Please do not attend the practice for any routine care at this time.If you have an acute urgent dental emergency (such as extreme pain or swelling) then please call 01376 56 90 90 during our normal opening hours to access our TRIAGE SERVICE.Any other dental issues such as lost fillings lost crowns, broken dentures, broken or chipped teeth, will have to be assessed once the Covid-19 situation improves. You can be assured we are doing everything we can to keep you and our team safe.
